Seminar registration can be accomplished in several ways:

  • Online Registration:
    The quickest way is online registration by clicking on the Events & Workshops link on the top menu. Next click on the Register Now! button towards the bottom of the next page. Existing users can then login to their account to purchase a seminar seat while new users will need to follow a few quick steps to create an account before registering.
  • Email Registration:
    Send an email to seminars@otteau.com to request a registration form be emailed to you. Then email the completed form back to the same email address. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your seat has been reserved.
  • Fax Registration:
    Send an email to seminars@otteau.com or phone 800.458.7161 (be sure to provide your return fax no.). Then fax your completed form to 800.273.3295

Your paid seminar registration entitles you to the following:

  • One guaranteed seat at the event you have selected.
  • Download access to seminar handout materials up to 2 days prior and 7 days after the event.

No workshop materials or handouts will be provided at the seminar event.  You can download the seminar handout materials up to 2 days prior and 7 days after the seminar date you register to attend.

Yes. To be placed on our Priority Wait for a Sold-Out event, click on the link next to the event which reads Waitlist Register. Then follow the onscreen prompts to complete the Wait List process. At this point your credit card will be charged for the registration fee. We’ll then notify you if your seat request has cleared no later than 72 hours prior to the event. If we are unable to accommodate your request a refund will be promptly issued to your credit card for the full purchase amount.

Generally not, as most sessions are completely Sold-Out in advance. A decision on Walk-Ins is not made until the seminar event has actually begun, and will be accommodated on a first-come first-serve basis.
